Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Pinocchio’s Coffee are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed in store unless stated otherwise. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given, and any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the full balance has been used. Please treat your gift card like cash, as lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any gift card where we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity. Gift cards may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our permission. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

For digital gift cards, delivery will be made to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are entered correctly, as we are not responsible for incorrect information. A short processing time may apply before delivery.
